Quick Paint

Did this in about 20 minutes last night. It's all I had time for.

Just got back into town from visiting family, still getting back in the groove of painting regularly.

You spend all this time forming a habit, you know? And then *pfft* just like that, it's gone and you're starting from square one again.

Oh well. Such is life. If you're passionate enough about the habit, re-establishing the routine gets easier.

Right?

Puppets of Hyrule

I know. I know.

Legend of Zelda.

Where are the Legend of Zelda puppets?

Good question!

Look no further, friend. Here they are:

Full color version, for people who are into that
Three tone version, for people who are into that
I really like this image for the fact that these three characters are bound together, by Fate, by the Triforce, but Ganon constantly seeks to sever the connection. The characters were loosely based on Twilight Princess versions, but I think this sums up almost all the Legend of Zelda games.

I've been playing Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask on the 3DS and holy-freaking-crap it's awesome. The graphics are beautiful and changes/updates to the gameplay are excellent.

It's also given me some ideas about Link, and masks, and strings, and puppets. Stay tuned, more Legend of Zelda puppet fan art is coming your way.

(btw, these pictures are available on shirts, hoodies, notebooks, and lots more over at Redbubble, give it a quick browse and let me know if you think they look good.)

Word.

I've always loved quotes - in college I had a "quote wall" that was huge and traveled with me to at least four different apartments - but I haven't thought about quotes for a long time.

I'm rediscovering that old fascination. Behold:

They should have a special place in the gallery. I'm thinking, "Suspended Quotes." I'll get on that.
Also!
You can see these on Redbubble on t-shirts, notebooks, cases, covers, etc.

Do you have a favorite quote that you'd want to see in the redbubble store? Tell me! Send an email or leave a comment, or Twitter or Facebook or homing pigeon.
